Delicious Healthy Option: Natural Kitchen

Located at Building 7, Marina Square, AL Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, there's a casual dining restaurant named Natural Kitchen. According to naturalkitchen.ae website, they are born in 2014 in Abu Dhabi and are heavily influenced by the bustling London food scene where they spent most of their lives working and living before making Abu Dhabi their home. With the mission of  "We deliver honest food!", they promise to provide healthy food in a responsible yet affordable way.

They actually use natural ingredients and prepare food that is delicious and healthy whilst avoiding the obscure chemicals, preservatives and additives that are so commonly found in other food. What's also good in them is that they have a one day shelf life for their products. They make it, they sell it. Nothing is kept for the next day.

I was so lucky that they delivered some food from there menu to my home the day after I celebrated my birthday. They actually open as early as 11:00 am and I received the food at around 11:20 though I actually told them 11:30am. It only means that they have a prompt delivery service, which I really love.

Actually they have a variety of healthy food on there menu, but the foods that I ordered were as follows:

The first one was from there wholesome pizzas.

BBQ Chicken

Price: AED 54

Ingredients:

Tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Smoked cheese, 

Grilled BBQ chicken and coriander.

I love the simplicity yet so appetizing food presentation of it. It even smells so good too. The chicken was so tender. I love the BBQ taste of it because it was not too sweet which I personally prefer. The other ingredients used compliments each other. A MUST TRY!

I also ordered from there Tacos.

Beef Tacos

Price: AED 46.50

Ingredients:

Three soft shell tacos, mexican beef , pinto beans, cheddar cheese, 

lettuce, picco de gallo & sour cream

I also order from there Pastas. Actually, penne pasta is also available in wholewheat (for a healthier option) at no extra charge.

Seafood

Price: AED 49

Ingredients:

Spaghetti pasta, homemade tomato sauce, calamari,

shrimps and cherry tomatoes.

They also gave me additional order from there smoothies.

Mangoes and Passion Fruit

Price: AED 21

Ingredients:

Mango, Passion Fruit, Banana, Apple and Orange Juice

Fat Burner 

Price: AED 21

Ingredients:

Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Cranberries, Banana, 

Apple juice, & Low-fat yogurt.

My over all home delivery experience was so good. Again, the food delivery service was so prompt and it's a plus point for me. I love how natural and healthy their food are. I must say that that they really used fresh ingredients and it made all the food I ordered taste really good. The pizza was great, the tacos were amazing, the pasta was lit and the smoothies were so refreshing. Service and food wise, It's worth the dirhams. I can say now that Natural Kitchen is really a gem in Abu Dhabi that you must try. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL most especially to those who are searching for healthy options.

There are still more options on there menu that attracts me and I hope I can try them too. I will probably make another order again.
