It's the 22nd Season already of Global Village. Started last November 1, 2017 and will soon close again this upcoming April 7, 2018. To those who are not familiar with the Global Village, it is one of the tourist destination that Dubai offers during the winter season. It  is considered as the leading seasonal cultural extravaganza in the region that offers visitors an amazing array of festivals, shopping & entertainment. One of the top restaurants that the province can offer is Halo-halo de Iloko Balay. Located at P. Burgos Street and Zandueta Street, City of San Fernando, La Union,  Halo-halo de Iloko Balay is a must visit when heading North.  The outside appearance is just like a 2-storey house decorated with colorful stuffs. But the interior is absolutely cool. It is decorated with pieces of artworks from paintings, sculptures and delight.  It's not my first time to dine here already. I've been here many times and I can say that their "okoy" is the best!  Here's what we ordered for our merienda. Pancit Bihon: ...
