Winter Shapes & Prints!

I miss the waves and party at the seashore with some circle of friends.  Anyways, aside from being dubbed as the " Surfing Capital of Northern Philippines ", La Union is also a place to dine in. One of the top restaurants that the province can offer is Halo-halo de Iloko Balay. Located at P. Burgos Street and Zandueta Street, City of San Fernando, La Union,  Halo-halo de Iloko Balay is a must visit when heading North.  The outside appearance is just like a 2-storey house decorated with colorful stuffs. But the interior is absolutely cool. It is decorated with pieces of artworks from paintings, sculptures and delight.  It's not my first time to dine here already. I've been here many times and I can say that their "okoy" is the best!  Here's what we ordered for our merienda. Pancit Bihon: ...
