According to naturalkitchen.ae website, they are born in 2014 in Abu Dhabi and are heavily influenced by the bustling London food scene where they spent most of their lives working and living before making Abu Dhabi their home. With the mission of  " We deliver honest food! ", they promise to provide healthy food in a responsible yet affordable way. They actually use natural ingredients and prepare food that is delicious and healthy whilst avoiding the obscure chemicals, preservatives and additives that are so commonly found in other food. I actually visited the place when they had their soft opening and It was really a busy day. The place was crowded and the service was quite slow. It’s pretty normal because the restaurant was just opened.   By the way, I revisited the place many times and I was also present on the grand opening. Anyway, here’s my review.  SMIBY’s LAST PATI Review:  🍴 LOCATION: Very convenient. Easy to find with proper instructions though.  🍴 AMBIANCE: Normal interiors. Clean yet not so spacious but good enough to accommodate customers. 🍴 SERVICE: Highly appreciated with MJ’s service . I never tried Indian cuisines in my entire life. I’m really overwhelmed that I got the chance to taste it for the first time in a luxury restaurant which the foods were actually based from a famous Indian master-chef,  Sanjeev Kapoor ’s signature dishes. FOOD Served: First, Papadum with 6 dips/sauces was served. Among the 6 sauces, I personally love the 4th one which is the Tamin. I find the little salty taste of the papadum compliments with the sweetness of the tamin sauce. Pre-appetizers: They gave Mini Samosa, Buttered Milk, Mango Endamame Quinoa + Sangria Juice . Among the three, I love the Mango Endamame Quinoa. I just find it so good and really boost my appetite. The mini samosa was good as well. Don’t forget the Sangri Juice because that was good too. With the peak of summer season, it’s good for our body to remain hydrated so refreshments are so IN!  It was a Wednesday afternoon (around 2:00pm), when I went to Khalidiyah Mall. The sun was actually on its peak and the humidity was very high too. Luckily, just on the 3rd floor, Food Court Area of Khalidiyah Mall a small refreshment stall was to the rescue. Just right in time, Wheelerz Cafe provided me different resfreshments. I got 3 resfreshments and added waffle & crepe to complete a snack meal!  Here’s my SMIBY Analysis! 1. Fruit Salsa Crepe = I’ve tasted some crepes from different cafes already and I can say that it’s almost with the same taste and that’s a plus for me.
